SENATE BILL NO. 134 "An Act relating to master guide-outfitter                                                                  
qualifications for licensure" was read the second time.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Revak, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page 984.                                                             
Senator Wielechowski, Acting Minority Leader, objected, then                                                                    
withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR                                                                
SENATE BILL NO. 134(RES) "An Act relating to master guide-                                                                      
outfitter qualifications for licensure; and providing for an effective                                                          
date" was adopted.                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
President Micciche stated the bill will advance to third reading on the                                                         
May 14 calendar.
